Technical Information

BillSaver can connect to almost any PBX system. It consists of three separate application modules:

 

  • The interface module runs as a Windows service and records the information from the PBX.
  • The Administration module allows you to configure the system.
  • The Reports module allows you access to the reports and statistics. It offers multi-dimensional analysis (date and time, international-local, country-city, company department-specific extension, customer, customer account, etc). It offers drill-down capabilities, for example, start with a report of the most expensive calls and zoom-in with a single click to international calls, country, city, customer, etc.
